All orders will be completed according to the information submitted within the documents and application, and will be shipped by the postal service specified during a checkout process. However International Driving Authority reserves the right to send your order via the best mail service for your geographic location. The number of days for shipping is relevant to your geographical location and the shipping method chosen. We use following delivery options:
DHL — trackable, up to 8 business days;
FedEx — trackable, up to 8 business days;
UPS — trackable, up to 10 business days;
EMS — trackable, up to 20 business days;
Paid airmail — trackable, up to 50 business days;
Free airmail — non-trackable, up to 50 business days;
USPS — 1st Class mail, non-trackable, up to 15 business days.
The status of your order can be checked in real time on our website in your profile section. A tracking number will be provided for all trackable shipping methods. A link will be provided via email to check the status of all deliveries online. Free USPS and non-trackable airmail shipments are not trackable.
Cancelation and Returns
You may cancel your order until it is not shipped for a full refund.
You may return the documents issued by International Driving Authority within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You will need to provide us with your order number, full name, address, and date of purchase. All credits will be issued to the bank card or PayPal account that appears on an original order. All original items along with the original packaging should be returned in their received condition. Proof of return delivery from your local postal office or carrier is required along with a receipt of delivery with a date stamp. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will pay the return shipping cost if it is our error, and your document will be replaced and shipped again free of charge. If an error on your document is a result of information submitted by an applicant, a reprinting and shipping fee will apply. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We do not accept returns of certain items:
Items with missing information, scratched or altered security holograms;
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery;
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing elements;
Items issued by other authorities.
