These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of idaoffice.org and the services of International Driving Authority ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 1. The service

We prepare International Driving Permits and translations of national driving licenses. An IDP is a translation of your valid national license and must be carried together with it. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the American Automobile Association (AAA) or any governmental agency, and our documents do not replace a valid national driving license. Acceptance of an IDP is determined by each country's authorities and is outside our control.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and your own (or that you are authorised to submit it). We may refuse, cancel, or revoke a document issued on the basis of false or inaccurate information, without refund.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are processed after we receive a complete application and full payment. Pricing, accepted payment methods, and payment security are described in our Payment Policy.

4. Delivery, cancellation, and refunds

Delivery times and methods are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to cancel and obtain a refund are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These documents form part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access and cancellation of documents.

6. Intellectual property

International Driving Authority is the owner or authorised user of all intellectual property associated with this website, including trademarks, logos, names, designs, and content. The website and its contents are protected by copyright and intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, republish, or display website content for any other purpose without our prior written permission. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA & IP Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and our data practices additionally comply with the jurisdictions described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
