Permitted use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to apply for documents for yourself or for a person you are authorized to represent, using accurate and truthful information.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
submit false, misleading, forged, or stolen identity or license information;
apply on behalf of another person without their authorization;
use the Service to obtain a document you intend to use unlawfully, including to misrepresent your right to drive;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or network connected to the Service;
upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach security or authentication measures;
scrape, crawl, harvest, or copy content or data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example through denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests;
use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material;
resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, refuse to issue or cancel a document, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We are not liable for losses arising from enforcement of this policy.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
