2. Uluslararası Sürücü Belgesinin (IDP) Tanınması
- Abhazya’nın, 1 yıl (1949 formatı) veya azami 3 yıl (1968 formatı) geçerli bir Uluslararası Sürücü Belgesini (IDP) tanımasını zorunlu kılan anlaşma esaslı bir yükümlülüğü yoktur.
